In many ways, the retreat serves as a reminder of what we instinctively know, yet often overlook: we are inseparable from nature.
The overstimulated, urban mind finds deeper relief in the quiet simplicity of a forest, park, or beach than in any human-made environment.
Reconnect with nature through swimming, immersing yourself in the natural connection humans share with water. Beyond swimming, our retreat includes outdoor activities, fluid movement sessions, and mindful breathing techniques,
all designed to help you return to your most natural state of being

The retreat unfolds over 6 days, with two daily sessions of 2 hours each.
These sessions include a mix of movement exercises, time in our impressive heated outdoor pools, and various breathing techniques.
Participants will also enjoy a group excursion to the forest, where we’ll nurture a deeper connection with nature by fully engaging our senses.
Experience the sensation of weightlessness as you release
stress and awaken your senses in the water. Our swimming
pool sessions offer an opportunity to deepen your
connection with water while mastering essential techniques
in breathing, buoyancy, and propulsion. You’ll receive a
comprehensive introduction to various swimming strokes,
helping you become a more intuitive and connected
swimmer.
Our movement classes focus on fluid, purposeful exercises
that connect body and mind. Each session includes range of
motion exercises, joint mobilization, and postural alignment
to enhance your flexibility, stability, and strength, leaving
you feeling lighter and stronger.
Inspired by methods such as Yoga, Pilates, Gyrotonic, the
Feldenkrais Method, Functional Movement, and Animal
Flow, our approach offers a dynamic way to support your
overall well-being.
Our breathwork classes begin by raising your awareness of
the importance of different types of breath and correcting
longstanding habits of sub-optimal breathing. We will
explore the chemical and physical aspects of each
breath—examining pathways, frequency, volume, and the
musculature involved. We then continue with techniques
designed to reverse anxiety and stress, while enhancing brain
function and sports performance. Through this
comprehensive approach, you’ll discover how optimal
breathing can significantly improve both your physical and
mental health.
Based on group interests, activities may include hikes, active
meditations, forest walks, and ocean experiences, with a
focus on connecting deeply with the natural environment.
Nature serves as a restorative force, renewing our focus and
supporting a positive emotional response through its natural
elements. Each activity is designed to deepen and restore (or
renew) our often-forgotten connection with the world
around us.
